MOSAIC Sexuality Framework
MOSAIC was developed to represent sexuality as a set of related but nonidentical dimensions. A person’s identity label, attractions, romantic patterns, desires, fantasies, behavior, history, embodiment, and relationship context may align closely, differ meaningfully, or change across time.
What the assessment does
The public assessment presents a routed set of questions and produces a structured self-reflection profile. Optional TRIAD and SCOPE modules provide additional detail about group-sex scenarios and consensual nonmonogamy or relationship networks.
What it does not do
It does not diagnose, certify consent or readiness, prove an identity, establish compatibility, or replace professional medical, mental-health, legal, or relationship advice.
